Hailing from South Wales-UK, Forrest is a throw back to the 90’s emo sound (Braid, Texas is the Reason, Mineral) with heartfelt honest lyrics and music that punches straight in the gut.
Before You Go, the debut album from Forrest, goes on sale today (4/18/12), as a limited edition cassette and will be exclusively distributed in the US through Third Time Lucky Rekords. The debute brings together elements of short catchy pop punk songs, with the aggressiveness of the post-hardcore/emo sound of the 90’s. Before You Go truly captures the TTLR “This is a Threat” spirit that is found in all of our releases.
